a) in July 2020, the board of Ben & Jerry’s, one of Unilever’s marquee brands, passed a resolution to end sales of its ice cream in “Occupied Palestinian Territory” ; and b) this boycott decision risked adverse governmental actions for violations of laws, executive orders, or resolutions aimed at discouraging boycotts, divestment, and sanctions of Israel adopted by 35 U.S. states.

The lead plaintiff will direct the litigation and participate in important decisions including whether to accept a settlement for the class in the action. The lead plaintiff will be selected from among applicants claiming the largest loss from investment in the respective securities during the class periods.
